Fee Information
If you believe you qualify for free or reduced school fees and you were charged fees, please complete this form and send proof of income to your child's school office.
Directions to Set Up MySchoolBucks for Fee Access
You may view and pay your fees over the course of the school year from your parent portal via MySchoolBucks. You can now use the same login to access your student’s information in PowerSchool and make payments in MySchoolBucks. If you have not set up your Parent Portal, you must do that first. Fees will be available later this week for you to view.
Please complete this one-time process to get started:
1. Log in to your PowerSchool account here: https://bcusd8.powerschool.com/public/
2. On the left navigation menu, select MySchoolBucks
3. You will be directed to MySchoolBucks to complete the registration process.
If you are an existing MySchoolBucks user you have the option of keeping your existing login or linking it to your PowerSchool account. To make it easier, we highly recommend linking it to your PowerSchool account, so you have the same login details for both and will then see your fees in your parent portal account. Acceleration Policy
If you would like to request early entrance into kindergarten for your child, please review document posted below. This packet must be completed and returned to the Bethalto East principal no later than the second Friday in May in order to be eligible for consideration.
