Athletic Paperwork

Trimpe Middle School has moved to a digital system for athletic paperwork beginning with the winter 2021-2022 sports seasons.

Please click here to create an account or log-in to begin the process of filling out and completing athletic paperwork and signing up to play a sport at Trimpe Middle School.

TMS is using 8to18 Athletics to host our paperwork and serve as the collection point for turning in athletic paperwork. If you have questions, please contact the TMS office to speak with athletic director Jeff Ochs, or athletic secretary Lisa Rogers.

Please note that beginning with the 2020-2021 school year we will be collecting athletic paperwork via an electronic/digital system. The below information is only provided as information of things that you will be required to view and sign, but it will be collected digitally and you will fill it out electronically using the above link.

Student-Athlete safety is the number one priority of Trimpe Middle School. In order to ensure that all of our student-athletes are medically cleared and safe to participate in interscholastic sports, the following paperwork must be on file at Civic Memorial High School for each student-athlete.

Athletic Fees

Athletic fees at Civic Memorial High School and Trimpe Middle School were changed by the Board of Education in the spring of 2017. Below are athletic fees for student-athletes and CM and TMS. As you can see, there is a graduated increase over the next three school years.

On the below chart, "Reduced" refers to if the athlete and his/her family receive reduced price lunches as part of the Federal School Lunch Program, and "Free" refers to if the athlete and his/her family receives free lunches, as determined by the school district's food service coordinator.

***UPDATE***
In the spring of 2019, the Bethalto Board of Education voted NOT to increase athletic fees in the 2019-2020 school year. As a result, the athletic fees in 2019-2020 will be the SAME as fees in 2018-2019.

The Current Athletic Fees for Trimpe Middle School are As Follows:

$75 per sport (except football)
Inpidual cap of $150
Family cap of $250

Please contact the TMS office with any questions.

Middle School Football Athletic Fee:
The athletic fee for Trimpe Middle School football is $150/$70/$50. This increased fee is due to the costs associated with football.
